Explanation:alright , first of all this player dosen't have a RP name , second he has been banned by admin DOM for ig hacking , then he hacked when he is out of game and he set himself as the server owner and fined some players and kidnapped the server as you can see in the SS's , i advice to ban his IP to keep the server safe
